Usually the ones you already use: email, calendars, accounting software, CRMs, website forms, spreadsheets, payment providers and team chat. If a tool can send an email or has an integration, we can almost always work with it. We confirm this in the audit before you pay anything.

Only if you want it to. Most clients start in approval mode, where drafts wait for a one-tap OK. Once you trust the wording, you can let routine messages go out on their own and keep approval for anything unusual.

Every automation we build reports when it fails, so we usually know before you do. Fixes are included for 30 or 60 days depending on your package, and Partner clients get fixes within one business day for as long as they stay.

You do. Everything is built inside accounts in your business’s name, and the handbook explains how it all fits together. If you ever stop working with us, everything keeps running.
